Richardson & Richardson is a family owned company that has been in business for more than 50 years. This company has a strong set of values and principles that have helped them weather tough economic times as well as robust economies. R&R approached us to develop a marketing campaign that would help distinguish them from the myriad of construction companies that sprung up when the construction industry was vigorous during the first part of this decade. We developed the tagline “exceeding expectations since 1949” and “headache-free construction” which speak to their longevity as well as their core attributes.
In an industry where business is volume driven and largely determined by the lowest bidder, Richardson & Richardson needed to accentuate their value added position and superior attributes. Our campaign helped them focus on their message of delivering cost effective solutions, a superior product and a headache-free process for their clients.
